Toilet seats not fitting properly makes for a laugh!!! Poor shower pressure and lack of hot water were unexpected surprises!!!

The pool area is well maintained and perfect for families. The friendly animator worked hard to keep my children entertained during our stay, which made our experience enjoyable. I loved the beautiful garden view from our room, creating a serene atmosphere outside of the busier hotel areas.

We had a fun time with the kids! The pool was awesome and super clean, perfect for splashing around. breakfast was a letdown—mostly cold and lukewarm food. The area around the hotel can be sketchy for walking, especially with little ones. Oh, and one toaster for the whole restaurant? That's just crazy.

Ideal choice for a couple of nights in Alykanas with real value for money. The bar staff was incredibly friendly and even offered a ride to the beach. Make sure to shower early if you want hot water.

I had a week at Zante Village with my family, and it was a mix. The hotel is spacious with nice views, especially from our room overlooking the pool and mountains. The pool area deserves praise. well-maintained and fun for the kids, thanks to the animator who really went above and beyond to keep everyone entertained. the dining experience was a letdown. Most of the food served was lukewarm, and the options felt limited, mostly catering to guests from Poland rather than the English crowd. I remember trying to order a vodka and lemonade on the first day, but the drink tasted off, and the lemonade was flat. Our all-inclusive option didn’t meet expectations—only a single snack choice during meal times. We often had to venture out to enjoy a decent meal, which made our budget stretch thinner than planned. The bathroom in our room also needed some attention. while the space was decent, the shower left much to be desired with low water pressure and no hot water at times. the cleanliness could improve. upon arrival, it didn’t feel as fresh as one would hope. Despite these aspects, the staff were polite, and the hotel grounds appeared well-kept.

Had a blast at this hotel! The pool was super clean and the animator really knew how to get everyone involved, he deserves a medal! Just a heads up, the coffee machine is a bit fussy and takes forever in the mornings. ☕
